No company is built alone
Nuovus studies how founders build and grow companies as intelligence and execution become cheaper. Small teams can now research, test, build, and operate at a range that once needed a much larger organisation.
The hard parts have moved. Founders still have to decide what is worth building, earn trust, reach customers, find capital, and know when to listen to somebody who has been there before. Access to the right person at the right moment can change the direction of a company.
Nuovus is building FounderWorld to make people with relevant experience easier to find, introductions easier to understand, and good conversations easier to carry forward.
Keep the person and the reason together
We’re starting with the people founders already meet at events, dinners, demo days and through introductions. The aim is to save a person, keep the context, and find them again when it matters.

Beyond that first release, our longer-term ambition is a Founder OS: a place to find people, guidance, and tools for building a company. That work comes after making personal network memory useful. These are directions we want to explore:

- Networking and matching based on role, context, timing, and a clear ask, with consent-based messaging and practical ways to follow up.
- Guidance and peers
- Coaching, practical advice, and a community of people who can compare notes without pretending every company follows the same playbook.

- Company-building tools and a growing range of services for the real work of starting, operating, and growing a business.
